Whitney Ivie

Whitney is the Director of Client Services and Operations at YouthTruth, where she leads the team responsible for guiding clients from onboarding through survey implementation and results delivery. She also works across teams to improve systems and design processes that are both efficient and people-centered. She enjoys solving operational challenges and building sustainable ways of working that help staff do their best work.

Outside of work, Whitney is usually listening to a podcast, immersed in a good book, discovering new corners of the Pacific Northwest, or learning a new card game with friends.
