Whitney leads YouthTruth’s Client Services and Operations team, overseeing the client experience from initial onboarding through survey implementation and results delivery. She also directs YouthTruth’s data systems and analytics team, ensuring that clients receive accurate, meaningful insights and that internal systems support high-quality, scalable services.
With deep expertise in strategy, operations, and cross-functional collaboration, Whitney plays a central role in driving YouthTruth’s growth and impact. She brings a strong commitment to equity and a focus on systems-level thinking to every part of her work, helping school and district leaders use student voice to improve learning environments.
Outside of work, Whitney enjoys diving into podcast deep cuts, road-tripping around the Pacific Northwest, and spending unhurried time with friends and family—often gathered around good food, in nature, or over a board game.
